At Harris Happy Cow, your satisfaction matters to us. Please review our return and refund guidelines below before initiating a return.

 

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Gently used or lightly tested (not heavily worn or damaged)

• In the original packaging (when possible)

• Returned within the 30-day return window

Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., perishables, personalized items, or items marked as final sale). These exclusions will be noted on the product page.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Harris Happy Cow will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or defective. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@harrishappycow.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

•       Email us at info@harrishappycow.com with your order number and reason for return

•       Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide instructions

•       Ship the item back using the provided instructions

•       Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
