Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

       Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on your location

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Harris Happy Cow is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

 

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

       United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)

       Canada

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these regions. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Rates and delivery times may vary by region, including for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

 

Order Tracking

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Harris Happy Cow is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
